All images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of KMS Photography. 

Only clients that have ordered and paided for a digital image(s) have permission to copy or use KMS Photography's images. There will be a fee of four times the amount of any digtal image for using a KMS Photography image without KMS Photography's writen permission. If you have purchased a digital image(s) or if it was included in a package there should be a release letter.
